Ensure that you have correctly connected your bot to a Twitter account.

Looking at your bot "IsItOktoberfest" on our Twitter server, it is currently not connected to a Twitter account. You need to first click "Authorize" then click "Connect" and do not click "Disconnect" unless you want to disconnect the bot from the Twitter account.
Once connected the bot will check its status about every hour or so if using twitter.botlibre.com (more frequently if you upgrade your account). If using www.botlibre.com the bot will only check its status once per day (unless you upgrade your account).
