how can i add my own avatars to the empty template in botlibre for desktop?

Bot Libre Desktop is an open source project, the source code is here,

https://github.com/BotLibre/BotLibre/tree/master/botlibre-desktop

You would need to edit the source code and rebuild the application to make changes.
