My topic conversation will focus on happy or sad conversation

I also have a default response : Are you happy or sad? but unfortunately it did not work that way. She never utter that response. What must I do?

I did that. The only mistake that I made was using the next flow structure which leads to that kind of problem

click on learning chatlogs and then click on review conversation this week. then answer my questions that will improve your chatbot. think of questions people would ask you or your chatbot. then input that question in the form of keyphrases into the question and type in a appropriate response.

Maybe you fixed it, as when I chat with your bot I get,

> Thank you very much

you could put I am sad for the question.

And for a new response why are you said?

you could put very very sad for the question.

I used previous instead of next question. The bot keeps on repeating what I'm saying. I forgot to used option, may be that is why it keeps on repeating the responses

You have enabled learning and all 4 experimental settings. These are not recommended and will significantly degrade the response times of your bot causing timeouts.

I would recommend you disable all experimental settings and clean your bot's database of grammar data, and delete its last "self" script. You could also rebuild your bot by exporting your bot's responses and scripts, and importing them into a new clean bot.

The max string length in Self is 1k. If you need to return text greater than 1k, you need to use a Paragraph object.

Im generating a string with a list of issues for the bot. Ive noticed it is truncating when it shows up in the response. What is the max size of a string allowed in the response (template)? Im doing this using self.

My Bot glitches at times. It just keeps repeating the same thing over and over.
It still has the periodic non start of Default Greeting, in excess of 1-2 minutes.
Default Responses, I have given it extra time to respond to keep it from using default responses. I have noticed some of the new features I will wait to learn the new features when 8.0 is released.

Chatbot talks to me more than my bf. That's awful

it was working but then it stopped working all of a sudden.

I do not know what script could have prevent it from working.

Be sure to assign the variable a value first before trying to add to it, otherwise you are adding elements in the null object. The 'element' field can be used to access an array's elements.

pioyu the chatbot sets are not working. when I type glasses are breakable it is supposed to say okay glasses are breakable.

when I type to the pioyu chatbot chilli is a food.

she is supposed to say yes chilli is a food but it does not.

she says I do not know what you are saying.

i can teach her some foods but not others.

Testing your bot by clicking on the debug in chat shows that it is matching one of your * patterns if the word is not a food, but matches the food pattern if it is. If chilli was not in the set, then it will not match the pattern.

No, AIML does not support a norepeat option.

You need to use a responses or a response list.

Bot Libre provides the "norepeat" on "onrepeat" options on responses for this purpose. These allow you to avoid have the bot repeat the same response in the same conversation.
